It is my first time buying a new car, so I was skeptical about the outcome. I've heard plenty of stories with unfortunate results. It turns out Edward fulfilled all of his promises. Then, there was an issue with a fuse block in the car. I was a little upset but the fuse block is covered under the warranty. I tried to go to a dealership closer to my home, but they were critical and less than helpful. Edward said he would help me with whatever I needed. I decided to take the hour drive just because they treated me like a person. The service employees were also very nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. The part was ordered right away and it was taken care of in less than an hour. I was prepared to spend a few hours there but they finished early.
