He was even able to let me take the car for a day to try it out on my long commute to make sure that it would be a good fit for me. All in all a very good experience. The price for the vehicle I purchased was reasonable, a bit over mid range estimates from my online research. The same for my trade-in. The price offered was reasonable. I had been quoted the same trade in value from another dealer, so I knew what to expect, and I had confirmed the range with online research. More

New car purchase I originally walked in to the dealership to take a quick test drive in a type of vehicle I had not previously considered. The salesman, Ian Lachman, quickly determined what was important to me in a vehicle and located a strong possibility on the lot. We made an appointment for me to return to test drive it. When I returned, Ian not only had that vehicle ready for a test drive, he has also located a lower cost model for my consideration that matched some items on my "want" list. After driving both, I was able to choose the best one for me. I don't remember a dealership giving me unexpected options like this before. I highly recommend Ian Lachlan and Chevrolet of Naperville.
