Bill was very good to work with, no high pressure, but knowledgeable and let the car sell itself. Then there was a massive guilt trip to add additional warranties. I got to the point where I wanted to ask whether I was getting a good car. They act as if it will probably start failing within the first year and that the cost of repairs will be out of control. I know it's all about getting an upsell, but good grief. The final straw came when she tried to sneak another 3 months of payments into the deal to make the warranty just $8 a month - that doesn't make the warranty "just $8 a month." I almost didn't catch that. Watch out. More
