Dealer had a fair price which included a fair price for my trade in. I did have a couple suspicious issues. On my first visit we discussed price and after some negotiations the sales manager told me they my trade in. I did have a couple suspicious issues. On my first visit we discussed price and after some negotiations the sales manager told me they would meet my price and come down another $1000. He presented the offer sheet and it showed the extra $1000 discount. I took the offer sheet home and noticed he gave the $1000 discount but increased the dealer price by $1000. This was verified because it was exactly $1000 more than the price on their web site. When I called I was told that was a "system" issue and I should reduce that number by $1000.....hmmm. I then set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle on Friday at 1:00pm. They said great they will have the vehicle detailed and ready to go. Well while we were waiting and looking at the car it was clearly washed but the bed was literally full of acorns and tree buds. The salesperson looked at it and was disgusted and blamed new porters. It did come back with all the debris removed from the bed. When I got home I opened the hood and the same stuff was all over the back part of the engine. I did clean it but I have never bought a car that wasn't spotless so this again was very disappointing. While I was in Finance and with the accessory person (both individuals were super nice and very good with no pressure) the sales person said he would put on my license plates. The back one was on so I assumed the front one was on. Again disappointment it was not on and now I have to buy a rivet gun to put it on. Based on all this that is why I gave it a two star rating. Price, Finance and Accessory team was good but definitely need help with sales and the whole customer first principal.
