He takes time to stop by and talk with you about what is happening. Travis makes sure you are happy and will work hard to get you the best deal on your vehicle. I've also had great experiences with service and the rest of the staff. On my most recent visit, 2/20/2017, I had the privilege of meeting and working with Emily Smith. She went above and beyond working with me. She had a great personality and a sense of humor which helped make buying a car even more enjoyable. Emily made sure I was taken care of and continued to make sure everything worked out. She made me feel like an old friend and took the time to build a working relationship with me in just one visit. Even after I left the dealership, Emily reached out to me and made sure everything was okay on my end. I also got to work with Sherri Pacchiano again. Sherri took care of me and my husband the last time we both bought cars from the dealership. She is very personable and also made a lasting friendship with me. She helped me schedule service on my new car and gave me great options for protecting and improving my vehicle. Sherri and Emily were able to get me the sunroof I've always wanted in my car. Emily proved to be a knowledgeable professional with a friendly, genuine manner that made my whole experience very comfortable and fun!
