Came in to look into electric car, came out with a new Volt I don't like car salesmen. I typically feel like I am losing in negotiations and overwhelmed. Not this time. I waked in and when I said I was looking I don't like car salesmen. I typically feel like I am losing in negotiations and overwhelmed. Not this time. I waked in and when I said I was looking at Volts, the desk referred me to Emily Smith, self proclaimed Volt expert. Emily lived up to her title. I had test driven one at another dealer closer to my house but upon reading reviews did not feel comfortable using that dealer. Emily took me for a test drive and showed me everything I needed to know about the car and then some. I never felt pressured and for the first time, enjoyed buying. I do not feel like I was pressured or ripped off and I know more about the Volt than any other car I left a lot with. Thanks for the experience More

Love This Dealership! We bought our first Volt from Emily three years ago and were thinking about getting a new one. So we stopped in today to get a price on a new one and ended up buying it. No, it's not what you're thinking: there is absolutely NO high-pressure, just friendly and knowledgeable people. We love that Emily has actually been driving one for years and knows pretty much everything about the car. We took a test drive to see the new bells and whistles - the self-parking feature is amazing. After giving us her best price she even checked out the Costco price for us and her price was better!! We have recommended this place to several friends and family members and will continue to do so. More

Excellent Experience Bought a 2012 Camaro from Will Perez and it was one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I have ever had, Will went out of his way to get the car Bought a 2012 Camaro from Will Perez and it was one of the easiest and smoothest transactions I have ever had, Will went out of his way to get the car to a price I felt comfortable with and even drove 20 minutes to my home to pick me up so I could get the car. He didn't try to sell me something I wasn't looking for which made for a smooth transaction. When Sean was done with his part I was sent to close the deal with Sam in Finance. As a side note I usually work with Premo in finance but he was off the day I picked up my vehicle. He called me the night before though to assure me that I would be taken good care of in his absence. Additionally I experienced the new close out technology in finance which was efficient and painless. More
