Great personnel We came in on a Costco recommendation to look at 2017 Volts but decided that the loaded car I wanted was out of our price range. Emily Smith took us n We came in on a Costco recommendation to look at 2017 Volts but decided that the loaded car I wanted was out of our price range. Emily Smith took us next door and showed us an almost new Volt (4K miles) fitted out with almost as many whistles and bells as the 2017, for a very good price, and got us a decent trade-in for my old car. Emily knows everything about the Volt and is truly the Volt Queen. When I stopped back at the dealership a few days later with some questions, I got to meet Sherri Pacchiano, the delivery coordinator, aftermarket sales person. Now, this is usually the person who tries to load up your car with every aftermarket high-profit item. But while Sherri did make some suggestions, she also got me thinking about some items I hadn't considered, but was not pushy at all. I wound up buying WeatherTech floor mats from the dealer at the same price (but no shipping) as from the manufacturer, which I'd planned to do anyway. Everyone I dealt with at Chevrolet of Naperville was professional and courteous. I hope I don't see them very often, but if I do, I am confident they will take good car of me and my car. More
