Came in to just test drive the new Impala 2014 and simply fell in love with it. Emily explained everything to me all the options and features. She was very helpful and informative. We started our search several months ago, but found that other dealerships felt more like a shark tank and we were the bait! With Eddie, we were treated like people and he understood what we were looking for economically and worked with us - and we couldn't be happier with our selection! I would also like to give praise to Sherri Pacchiano, she did a fantastic job going over all of the On-Star info and service info at the dealership. I was interested in leasing a Volt and had a bad experience at our Crystal Lake dealer. I found an add online and called Jim McMahon to discuss. He confirmed the price and the terms and invited me out for a test drive. Even though the dealer was more than an hour's ride away, I drove out and met with Jim. He did an excellent job of demonstrating the vehicle and brought over Wayne Michor who explained how leases worked. Wayne was great and really educated me on the lease process. What I liked best about the experience is that there were no surprises - the car was as advertised, the price didn't change and they didn't try to upsell me with unnecessary accessories. It was probably the easiest car transaction I've ever been a part of and I would definitely purchase a vehicle from then again the future. I drove home today in my new Chevy Volt and I'm very satisfied. More
