Easy & Low Pressure I didn't realize it until we arrived, but my wife and I were return customers. That was actually a relief, considering I was pleased with the transact I didn't realize it until we arrived, but my wife and I were return customers. That was actually a relief, considering I was pleased with the transaction back in 2012. This time we were looking with a specific used vehicle they had on the lot, and we were greeted by Ilene. Ilene is a very down to earth, kind person, and she made the entire purchasing ordeal very comfortable. There is no feeling of being pressured to buy, and even all the "extras" (window tinting, detailing package, etc.) were not pushed after simply saying "no thanks". I have been to other dealerships that almost put the purchase on hold so they can try to force you into paying for all these extras. When we are ready for another vehicle purchase, Chevy of Naperville will be my go-to, and I hope my wife and I can work with Ilene again! More
