Bait and Switch Advertising We were contacted by one of the sales people Julie. We talked with her about a Nissan Murano which she told us over the phone that we could get for $ We were contacted by one of the sales people Julie. We talked with her about a Nissan Murano which she told us over the phone that we could get for $6,500 out the door with studded snow tires. We came into the dealership and were turned over to another sales person who took us for a test drive. We came back into the dealership, Julie and our sales person talked about the car and she reiterated - out the door for $6,500 with studded snow tires. Then the deal was turned over to one of the managers. After two and a half hours of waiting around, he let us know that the deal that was originally offered to us was not going to work, that we would have to pay more. This is classic bait and switch advertising. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau only to find that this dealership refuses to respond to BBB complaints. Terrible We scheduled an appointment to have work done on our commercial service truck while our employee was on leave. The truck had alignment issues (which w We scheduled an appointment to have work done on our commercial service truck while our employee was on leave. The truck had alignment issues (which was really obvious from the wear pattern on the tires), plus it was losing power intermittently. We were able to leave the truck with them for over a week, but when we picked it up they hadn't done any work except change the oil. They said they couldn't find anything wrong. We took the truck to another dealership who did an alignment, changed the front tires, and diagnosed a leak from the fuel tank that was repaired under factory warranty. This was an overall really irritating deal. We planned ahead, made an appointment, described the problem and they did nothing. It wasted a lot of our time and our company lost revenue. Will never go back. More

Excellent work and trustworthy I've been coming to Chevy of South Anchorage for 2 years now. I initially started going to Chevy of South Anch. because my vehicle (2011 Chevy Silvera I've been coming to Chevy of South Anchorage for 2 years now. I initially started going to Chevy of South Anch. because my vehicle (2011 Chevy Silverado) was still under a maintenance warranty so everything was free. My warranty expired this year but I won't go anywhere else, even though I know the dealership is usually a bit more expensive than private shops. There are a few reasons for this: 1. they do good work, I can't say one bad thing about anything they have done to my truck. 2. Steve Druce has always been very honest and completely fair. He always talks over the repairs/maintenance with me before anything is done and i really feel like he has my best interests in mind. I will take my mine and my wife's vehicles to Steve as long as I live in Anchorage. More

service review I have been more than pleased from both sales and service standpoints. GM and Chevrolet of South Anchorage are my go to team for all my transportatio I have been more than pleased from both sales and service standpoints. GM and Chevrolet of South Anchorage are my go to team for all my transportation needs. I bought my first of 3 new trucks in 2003 and have never had a bad experience. The service department is 10 stars in my book but I could only give them 5. More
Still waiting on my new license plates going on three (3)mo I find it hard to believe that no one has called me yet going on 2 mo. now on my license plates arrival after I bought a car. I'm still waiting for them to call me when the license plates arrive and up till this day, I haven't hear anything or a single call. I was told that as soon as they receive it in from the DMV, they will call me. I hope they did not forget about me. I don't see the sales representative listed below who took care of this, his name is Dash Alimi. He is very friendly and helpful. I don't believe that this place is the worst compared to other places I've been to. They all have been very helpful,they'd fixed a major issue two days later after I dropped off my vehicle to fix the transmission. Shane Schenker took care of my vehicle when I brought it in and did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle issue and has not seen the problem again after that. I'm just wondering where my license plates are and why I haven't receive a call yet this long. Will you be able to look into this please? More
Excellent service Tom (service manager) and Tucker (service tech) stopped everything they were working on, 8 minutes before closing time, to fix my flat tire. I didn't know what time they closed but they were willing to meet my need and stay longer to fix my tire. I just don't see service like that anymore these days. Excellent service. Absolute top notch. More
