belligerent and arrogant demeanor do absolutely nothing for the face of Chevrolet customer service here in Anchorage. I live in Fairbanks and from time to time have to take my Saab to Anchorage for work. Since I have to drive 450 miles to get there I make an effort to communicate to the dealership what date and time I'll be coming to make sure I can get my car looked at with a modicum of timeliness. Every time I speak to the dealership I deal with Shane, who has made each and every visit there an incredible inconvenience. He told me that with 3 weeks advance time they could not guarantee a tech to even look at my car. After driving 900 miles and paying high dealer fees every time I come, I'm shocked at the temerity of mr. Shane to tell a customer no, use the term 'buddy' as a demeaning and pedantic way of marginalizing my requests and ideas, and to terminate calls when confronted with the reality of his flippant rudeness. I did however get treated well by the service manager and Bill Little. And the tech that works on my car is a genius. I hate that a good company is being so poorly represented. This guy must go through some sort of customer service rehab- his behavior is not only unprofessional, its a disgrace!
