At first we were skeptical because one thing on our "do not like" list is "car salesmen", lol. But, I must say, our experience with Con was awesome! He went out of his way to make sure we were taken cared of and we are very grateful for that. When we see the name Chevy, we see "Big Companies" which alters our thinking into saying "Ugh, they're gonna try to take all my money", or, "They just want to make a sale". This is NOT true when it comes to Chevrolet of South Anchorage. Every staff member was equally attentive and made sure we were comfortable even though they knew we were being helped by Con. After working with various dealerships through the years, I've never felt complete satisfaction as there was always something lacking from the entire experience one way or another. I was in the market for a used pickup truck and due to my previous run ins with this dealership, I put them last on the list to visit. I was glad to find that there was new staff and I can truly say that I was lucky to have been approached by Matthew before anybody else. In addition to being friendly and courteous, his ability to show confidence and knowledge without talking my ear off was a great bonus. His no-pressure approach and willingness to listen made him such an easy person to deal with that I forgot he was even a salesman! THAT type of experience is what every prospective customer looks for. No body wants to feel like the person they're working with is just looking at them as just a paycheck. Matthew was very thorough in asking me exactly what I wanted and needed to get me in the perfect truck rather than one he would profit off of the most. As I stated earlier, I went in looking for a used truck but due to Matthew's hard work and number crunching, I left in a brand new truck at a price that I could actually afford.
