financing was amazing,that department rocks however sales wasn't so good locked me in for loan before they Even told me how much the truck was,then 15 miles down road check engine light and tire light comes wasn't so good locked me in for loan before they Even told me how much the truck was,then 15 miles down road check engine light and tire light comes on and then tire feels like it will fall off needs a hub, I was kinda pushed threw the process and wish they would have took time with me I would recommend the dealership IF you need financing and can't get anywhere else BUT be very Cautious MAKE sure to inspect vehicle throughly... oh and yea also forgot to mention to them that the fuel tank is falling off because the strap is completely rusted through I don't understand how their mechanic cleared vehicle for sale that thing should have never left the dealership More

We called numerous times on Friday but no one answered the phone and we sent a text but no response. We called the dealership ( sales ) finally got to talk to someone in the service department about our c the phone and we sent a text but no response. We called the dealership ( sales ) finally got to talk to someone in the service department about our car to assure the maintenance had been completed so we could pick the vehicle up. A customer should not have to pressure the sales department to talk to the service department when we were told on Wednesday the vehicle would be ready on Friday but no time was given to us. We were trying to follow up to make sure the car was ready. The car runs great but customer service is everything. More

Bought a new car with free oil change credit, credit was 40 days out of time and wouldn't fill the credit value. Said the oil change would be done by 2pm and they would text me, showed up at 330pm, no text 40 days out of time and wouldn't fill the credit value.
