Brought my Impala in for service (head gasket leak). Was given a shuttle ride to work with virtually no delay. My car was still under the warranty period and the repair was going to take over a day to comp given a shuttle ride to work with virtually no delay. My car was still under the warranty period and the repair was going to take over a day to complete. The shuttle picked me up and they set me up in a free loaner car to carry me through the repair. Everything was explained to me on what they found and did to fix the problem. The smoothest visit to a service department that I have ever had. More
