I will never bring my car back to Wesley Chapel Chevrolet for service. Your service advisor Dennis attempted to charge me $2,000 to replace all four TPMS sensors — including two that had already been replace for service. Your service advisor Dennis attempted to charge me $2,000 to replace all four TPMS sensors — including two that had already been replaced at your dealership just a few months prior. When I questioned why a nearly new sensor would need replacement, he had no explanation and provided no written estimate or documentation of the issue. I later took my vehicle to a certified independent mechanic, who confirmed that only one sensor was actually faulty. The issue was resolved for $144 total, parts and labor included. It’s clear that your service department operates with dishonest and predatory practices — exaggerating or fabricating issues in an attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs. Based on my experience, it seems this behavior is not just individual but culturally accepted within your service team. There is nothing you can do to improve this experience because the trust is permanently broken. I will never return, and I will continue to share my experience with others. More
