Purchased a used 2017 Jeep Wrangler UT last month (customer name: Nicolas Maciel). Jovannie - my sales rep - was friendly and got me a good setup. However, the Sales Manager was incredibly aggressive (customer name: Nicolas Maciel). Jovannie - my sales rep - was friendly and got me a good setup. However, the Sales Manager was incredibly aggressive in final negotiations, stipulating the perfect condition of the Jeep. Come to find out, 2 weeks later there is a bunch of air in the cooling system, an undisclosed aftermarket ECU chip, and a check engine light thrown for a bad fuel ignition system with less than 500 miles driven on the dash. They also committed TITLE TRANSFER FRAUD on the plate transfer paperwork when they voided my daily driver plate improperly instead of my other vehicle! I have been put out of pocket $1,100 due to their lack of competency. Since these issues arose, there have been nothing but runarounds on the phone and a lack of accountability!! I am submitting a formal Attorney General complaint, FTC Report, and beginning the business fraud litigation process with a consumer protection attorney. I can reverse these, and this review, however, if the dealership is willing to call me back and be proactive with their money and time. Good luck!! More

We loved our salesman, Juwan. We first went to Chevy and due to an unexpected accident in one of our vehicles, we weren’t able to finish making a sale. We decided to get the car fixed and in the meantime, I looked around at other dealerships, but found not only the best pricing at the dealership, but no one was like Juwan. We ended up going back when the car was fixed and purchased 2 cars from him. The only con we had was with Travis, the finance manager. He did not seem eager to help us in ANY way to close a deal and didn’t seem to listen to us on our needs and was willing to allow us to walk out the door. If it wasn’t for Victor (I believe that’s his name), the internet sales manager, who walked with us outside and came up with a solution to make a deal (which is something that Travis did not do nor attempt). It all worked out in the end! We also did not get paperwork after signing all the papers, which was odd, and I had to call several days in a row to try and get copies of everything we signed. All and all, we did have a good experience and plan on returning years from now, as long as Juwan is still there More
