Outstanding Customer Service I have always hated going to car dealerships and dealing with salesman, when I first walked into Chevy of Wooster I was greeted right at the door by a I have always hated going to car dealerships and dealing with salesman, when I first walked into Chevy of Wooster I was greeted right at the door by a very friendly and sincere salesman named Spencer. I came in just looking but Spencer found exactly what I was hoping for in a new vehicle. Spencer helped explain everything so well to me that I knew my Cruze was exactly what i was looking for. When it came to the negotiation process, he again was sincere and explained everything so well. I was really impressed with Spencer and the entire Chevy of Wooster team that i'm going to recommend them to everyone I know. Spencer is new to car sales but he knew exactly what he was doing and made everything as simple as possible. I will be going back to Spencer for every vehicle I purchase in the future. Worst customer service ever I just want to say that I wish your customer service was better. I came in 2 weeks ago to look at a new Silverado and Art was the poets experience I’v I just want to say that I wish your customer service was better. I came in 2 weeks ago to look at a new Silverado and Art was the poets experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. From the moment I arrived at the dealership was an eye opening experience. I had to wait at your receptionist desk for almost 5 minutes before I was directed to a salesman. However I do not blame your receptionist. I noticed several salesman 2 of them weren’t on the phone or with a customer. No one said hello, no one asked if I’d been helped or what I was there for. I was directed after waiting to Art. He was finishing up a previous sale and I understand he had several things to do. However, you can’t just set me down and not listen to what I’m interested in and then ignore me and not tell me anything. Her was typing my info into his computer and all he said was hmmm. Then got up and left. Didn’t say a word to me. I was sitting by myself alone at his desk no explanation, no sorry something seems to have come up, nothing he just left. I got up after almost 10 mins of waiting and saw him in the manager office. I asked what was going on and he said website was down. At this point I’m willing to give you one more shot. I can understand technical difficulties. So after the website comes back up he takes my keys to go value my trade in then grabs the truck I told him I was interested in and drove both of them up front. At this point I informed Art that I didn’t need to test drive I’ve driven at several other dealers and am just looking to get a quote and that’s it. He wasn’t the most respectful when he replied that well before we go any farther with this deal you need to test drive. I can understand I need to drive it before I buy it. That’s completely unstandable. However he was a little rude with how he was making that point. After that exchange he left I was sitting at his desk for at least another 8 mins. I know because I timed it on my phone. At this point I got up grabbed my keys walked out to my truck, started my stopwatch and drive off. 9 mins 42 seconds. That’s how long it was before my phone rang with Art asking what happened. I sent the call to voicemail and didn’t respond. I’ve purchased numerous cars and motorcycles from dealers before. I have never experience this horrible service before. I would have given 0 star rating but the site didn’t allow it. More
