20 year customer of Chevyland here, Sales has been nothing but excellent, Tim Casario has been my goto for 20 years.. Service has been spotty, on a few occasions ive had to call a few times to get an nothing but excellent, Tim Casario has been my goto for 20 years.. Service has been spotty, on a few occasions ive had to call a few times to get an update on vehicle work, this last visit didnt sit well with me at all. Brought my 3 week old camaro in to have an occasional hum pin pointed on a thursday, heard nothing all day( not an issue), later that night happen to check onstar and saw my Camaro was sitting in Blanchard at a residence where it stayed all night. It came back to the dealership friday morning with 50 extra miles on it, just for me to be told they couldnt hear it, even though i can duplicate it easily, was never notified someone would be using my vehicle to commute back and forth with either, and all i got was some oh i told the mechanic he shouldnt have done it, like it was no big deal. I had to get an uber on friday at 2pm to come get my car as no messages were returned when i asked for an update. Now i have to make a decision on if i need to goto another dealer or not after 20 years, and almost 7 new vehicle purchases. More
