Great vehicles, terrible service department. I took my vehicle in twice for vibration issue and possible steering issue. I was shrugged off by tech, supervising tech, and shop foreman. Brought it back to them on my day off and was told I needed to schedule an appt for next Wednesday morning at 7 am for road force balance. Dropped car off Tuesday evening, got a loaner, and the rest of the work week passed and no answer. I called twice to be put on hold and/or told I would get a call back. It took my husband calling and me calling through the next week to get any answer or diagnosis of the tests done. Found out it was a tire issue which they ordered tires and put on the car. After I picked up the car my husband noticed how the service department scratched my wheel covers. Sent pictures to TJ in service area. I never got a call from the service department. I had placed two calls to the sales managwr, James French, who called me after he got back from vacation. He assured me Chevyland would replace my damaged wheel covers. More

Good experience I had to bring my diesel truck back to the shop after having it for 2 days. Not their fault but they had to run more extensive tests to find the probl I had to bring my diesel truck back to the shop after having it for 2 days. Kept me informed and was very apologetic for having to bring it back so soon. More
Warranty maintenance I was very disappointed with the service this time. Totally different than the first time I went. Then I was handed my keys and told to use my key fob to honk the horn to find my vehicle. Totally unlike the first time when I was explained everything and walked to my vehicle. !!! More

Great Service from Jessica, but problem not resolved I have a 2012 Chevy Equinox. I have enjoyed owning this car gets great mileage and rides good. The last couple years it has been using oil 2 to 3 quar I have a 2012 Chevy Equinox. I have enjoyed owning this car gets great mileage and rides good. The last couple years it has been using oil 2 to 3 quarts Pearl 4000 miles my husband changes it. I went into the dealership and they were well-known of this problem but still request that I come back four times to see it use oil before they will repair the problem. I feel that it's a waste of my time and if Chevyland is aware of the problem I should not have to waste my time every 1000 miles for a check on the oil usage. Very disappointed. Not satified In 2004 I bought a 2005 Malibu. every time I went to service the was a misunderstanding . stop going started going to Natchitoches Louisiana location. In 2004 I bought a 2005 Malibu. every time I went to service the was a misunderstanding . stop going started going to Natchitoches Louisiana location. total difference this gentleman listened. august 25th bought 2014 Sonic. realized 1 month or so later did not have inspection sticker called Natchitoches location thaey di inform me I had to Go to Youree location. Called 3 times all three times told me I had to wait. and every time I walked into the service area no one greated me but was standing there talking not to a customer I always have to say excuse me. by the way I have two jobs. this was disappointing to know I had to go to the Youree location. well last visit pulled in 730am 7 cars ahead of me. lady took my infor. Informed her that there was a sound like if you were to set you ac unit at home when it kicks on/off. ok will check. also I needed my safety sticker. she informed me Mr.Mark would have to do that. Well he came out got vin number when he came back soon after....said OH I FORGOT TO PUT IT ON AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE ITS BEEN SITTING ON MY DESK.....WHY NOT MAIL OR CALL????? then THE TECH THAT was working on my vehicle came out and informed me......THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR AC/HEATING SYSTEM.......Well lady wrote it up incorrectly. The tech listen to me explain of sound. He and I went out to the bay and the sound turned out to be......forgot words but my fuel system check thing was working, He even told me if you don't hear that sound bring the car back in. The Natchitoches Location yes is smaller with less traffic but Youree drive has not been a good location for me to visit. By the way my 2005 Malibu got taken out by a tree great car with 350.253 miles on it. The rating below if for the technician who worked on my car, not the initial serve personnel. More
