IT WAS AN INCREDIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE I would like to say that the purchase of my 2008 GMC SIERRA DENALI with Robert Weinberg in conjunction with CHICAGO AUTO PLACE was a honest and pleasu I would like to say that the purchase of my 2008 GMC SIERRA DENALI with Robert Weinberg in conjunction with CHICAGO AUTO PLACE was a honest and pleasurable experience. This was the first vehicle that I have ever bought online and I have to say that dealing with Robert and the administrative staff with CHICAGO AUTO PLACE was awesome. Robert was honest and accurate with the description and integrity of the truck he offered to sell me. He sent detailed pictures and videos of the truck which ultimately matched his description when the truck arrived at my front door. Robert Weinberg spoke to me kindly and professionally,,,,taking all my questions and concerns seriously. He treated me with respect and delivered 100% on his word. I would highly recommend that if you see any vehicle on this website that whatever they tell you is on time and accurate and if you feel comfortable with what you see is what you are going to get. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle that wants a honest transaction and a dealership that will stand behind their word. Worst place ever. Don't buy your car here Ok so, I came to this place and they rush me to sign everything, said that we will work on details later on because they where closing ( if they are c Ok so, I came to this place and they rush me to sign everything, said that we will work on details later on because they where closing ( if they are closing then why bother, oh yeah because they will screw you) Not only they didn't help me with anything after, they said they fired the person who sold me the car as if that will solve them not taking care of the sale they represent. I asked them several times to fix things and they didn't!! They patch a few things and now I have to apply the lemon law to them because my car is a piece of junco that even has the engine light on the whole time and they said they fix it, well, they didn't, they just tester it. Do yourself a favor and keep looking somewhere else. Don't trust this people!!! More

Don't Recommend Nice people but difficult to get ahold of. Called and could reach my sales rep or the manager. I also later found the car was sold to me with 2 bolts broken off on the front passenger tire i.e unsafe to drive then was not accommodated for it to be fixed after less than 2 weeks of buying the vehicle. I will not have the vehicle serviced there and I do not recommend them. Frankly worried about the quality of the car I just bought from them given I know little about cars. More

The worst car buying experience I bought a vehicle from this place a few months ago with a bad engine without knowing that the engine had major issues. After I signed the papers nob I bought a vehicle from this place a few months ago with a bad engine without knowing that the engine had major issues. After I signed the papers nobody was willing to work and even talk to me, literally, when I called the girls working there told me that they are not allowed to talk to me. They are not even willing to give me the second key that we agreed on when I purchased the vehicle. I don't recomend buying anything from this scheme artists but if you Have to, make sure that you don't sign anything until the vehicle has been inspected by a specialist More

Unhappy customer Very unhappy. The car I bought started breaking down on the way home after buying. They agreed to look at it and gave some BS about resetting it and i Very unhappy. Not true. Took to a reputable dealer and they advised I needed a new transmission. I realize I bought the car used as is with no warranty, but since I started having issues the same day I bought it, they must have been aware of the issues. They saw I was there with my disabled child. You'd think they would care that my disabled child would be riding in a safe vehicle, but not so. BUYER BEWARE, especially when buying as is. I will say the staff was fairly friendly but I had a very unknowledgeable sales person. More
