Got the car I wanted, for a fair price and a car salesman who was not only pleasant and easy to deal with, but professional and very knowledgeable. And none of this "It's now or never B.S." I wasn't quite ready to buy when I stopped in. And I told Harlow this the minute he approached me, in no uncertain terms. This is usually where you lose their interest. If you're not ready to buy, theyre not going to waste their time with you. Not only did he spend better than an hour with me showing me numerous cars.. he took the time to find out what I really wanted instead showing me what was going to net him the most commissions. Not finding exactly what I was looking for, I called it a day. Only to have Harlow call me about 10 days later to tell me they had taken in the exact car I was looking for. It's perfect, and I spent less than I was originally planning on spending!! He may not have made as much money off my sale as he could have, but in the long run he did.
