We said that we need some time to think about it and we will get back to them by the next day very nicely since the car had some issues with the brakes and it made sounds. His exact response was "You wasted the salesman's time and my time" rudely and said "IF YOU ARE A MAN, GIVE US A CALL WITHIN ONE HOUR TO LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT IT OR NOT". We won't go there ever again!!!!!!. I am sure they wouldn't have helped us in the future if we had bought the car. What are you there for if you think a customer wasted your time if he didn't buy a car right away. More

I recently had an accident and my car was totaled, I went to a couple different dealerships for the car that I searched online but once you get there lets just say the experiences were uncomfortable and frustrating. I nearly gave up on the car search but I decided to come to the northside toyota... I am so glad I did, i walked in and Gerii was my sales rep, she was so pleasant to talk to, she listened and took her time to make sure I was happy with the options, she was not pushy she just wanted to make sure that I had a great experience. The financing manager Mark was so efficient and helpful and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the numbers and got me the best deal by far compared to what the other dealerships were giving me. I fell in love with my RAV4 limited at the dealership and I continue to love it because of the experience I had there. I can honestly say I want to continue to do business with these people for many more years. Thank you both for being patient and understanding and making me feel good about my purchase.
