I was deeply disturbed to find that several of the employees were not wearing their masks. I had to ask, multiple times, for them to put their masks on before interacting with me. Deceptive sales tactics! If you do purchase a vehicle at north side Toyota, check the contract before signing. Stuart my salesman decided for me to get a $2K paint protection plan as well as VIN etching whi north side Toyota, check the contract before signing. Stuart my salesman decided for me to get a $2K paint protection plan as well as VIN etching which most cars come with because the dealer protects their cars on the lot for another $300. He tried to sneak in an extra $2300 on the price to pad his commission and had the nerve to tell me he didn’t mean to be deceptive by any means. Stuart was very efficient prior to making a sale and disappears after, he promised to set up my appointment for remote start and suddenly can’t talk. I was lucky to have another salesperson assist me. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer and stay away from Stuart. More
