However, during this past visit we were concerned with the following issues that should be addressed for future excellent customer service: 1) The paperwork indicated approval was given for the final estimate during a phone call, however, that phone call was a message and the message only indicated when the car could be picked up; 2) the final estimate was much greater than the original quote; and 3) the paperwork indicated a car wash was done, however, the car was still covered in bugs from a recent trip indicating the car wash didn't actually get done. We're sorry to end our business with you and hope you can make necessary changes to improve your customer service to excellent as it has been in the past. After 3 months or more searching for a vehicle, I finally decided to buy from CVM and 3 days after buying a vehicle, I found numerous things wrong with it and after I was told I had to pick the thing finally decided to buy from CVM and 3 days after buying a vehicle, I found numerous things wrong with it and after I was told I had to pick the things that were most important to me because they wouldn't fix everything. Asked for the carfax report and was told they couldn't give me one and suggested I contact Nissan to get it..after receiving the carfax I found out it had been in 3 accidents. I brought the vehicle back and told them I no longer wanted it. I have never been so disappointed with a salesman or dealership. I will be posting my experience with your dealership on social media, in hopes no one else has to deal with what I went through.
