I purchase a used vehicle that had some minor issues while taking the test drive. The dealership agreed to fix the issues and set up a date for service. Due to the extensive damage and cost to repair it, they agreed to purchase the car back at the amount i paid. The staff at Chippewa Valley Mazda went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle that I liked and fit my needs. They even negotiated to get me all the extras I had purchased with the other vehicle without adding a significant amount to the new price. Not only did they inform me of significant damage to the first vehicle but they made it right. Cody Seng, the sales consultant who helped me with both purchases was fantastic!
