We went ahead and purchased the car I must just say I shouldn't have within a week we started having issues before we even left the dealership actually the rear hats decided to break they went ahead and covered that and got it fixed thank God but yeah within the week I had dash lights come on not just one but several. I couldn't get me a Laura car for the longest time so I kept having to drive it with a xxxx dash lights on cuz I've only got one car finally they managed to get me in for the hatch and to go ahead and look at the vehicle by that time I also didn't have any power steering.. finally get it into them they fixed the hatch and they quote me over $1,000 to fix the other problems that the car has I know that it had these issues I would have never bought the xxxx thing because the fixing it is going to cost about a quarter of what I spent on the car... Come to find out on top of that these cars are not for having transmission problems well guess what? Haven't even had this thing for a couple months now and it's shifting weird getting horrible gas mileage I would assume probably somewhere on the 11 to 12 neighborhood when we recorded it should be getting between 25 and 30 the four-wheel drive light keeps coming on and flashing at me it's stalled a couple of times in Willow Street and left me stranded trying like an idiot to get it started again it's done some weird shifty thing and lurched to where it stalls and Olive Street I'm having to mess with it trying to get it shifted into Park so that I'm able to restart it and move.. It makes grinding noises and that's just the beginning out in the fact that during my service one of the things I asked them to check was my rear wheel sensor but only this to say about a week after I had to look at said sensor I'm noticing a weird vibration and strange sounds coming from the rear that I had noticed before upon checking it I'm missing two of my lug nuts and the rest of them are all loose yeah great job guys thank you for that!.. I'm starting to notice areas too where the car looks like it may have been repainted due to an accident which was never disclosed I've got rust bubbling through the paint and multiple areas my door jams are completely rusted at the bottom I've got an area by the hatch in the back where there's paint just peeling off almost like a sticker whoever fixes this thing up did a really great job let me tell you... In all honesty I feel like they probably knew about these problems and just reset the computer so there was no lights on for the test drive after all of this has been going on I certainly wouldn't be surprised.. Now you remember how I said that I took it in for service? Well I was asked to do a review so I did one exactly like this one.. then I get a very upset sounding phone call from one of the service team members telling me hey you gave us a bad review it's not our fault it's sales go ahead and change that to a five star review we'll talk to sales and see once what we can do to help so I did...like an idiot.. well guess what it's been several weeks not a word from sales or service about said help this is our only car our only mode of transportation and you guys don't seem to care about the fact that you screwed me over with a complete piece of junk that I'm now stuck making payments on I'll be giving you a one-star review on absolutely every single website that I can find smearing your name with every single person I talk to cuz making promises to me and not being able to keep them is really low... You don't make promises like that and then just drop the ball and never talk to me again I changed my review and give you a good one just like you asked..well look who's changing it again. More

Best experience ever! Working with Bryce to find the vehicle I wanted couldn't have been easier. I'd done a mountain of research and asked him tons of questions and he addressed them all. He checked on anything he didn't know and got back to me quickly with prompt and accurate answers. Even though delivery of my CX-5 was delayed, he still kept me updated and when it finally arrived, he moved his entire schedule around to accommodate when we could go in to sign paperwork and pick it up. All the staff we worked with was terrific and I know I made the right choice in where to get our new vehicle. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Chippewa Valley Mazda! More

Working with Josh and the general manager was great. They helped provide options that matched our needs and found exactly what we wanted. They were also able to provide a great trade in amount on our vehicle. However the financial person make an error on financing which we tried to correct but was told we were wrong. Following day we get the call that we were right and now we have to go back (an hour away) to resign paperwork to file the correction. It is for our benefit but it is still frustrating as we had the information from Mazda’s website but we were still told that you couldn’t combine offers even though it said it was stackable. Next time we will make sure not to make our deal right before closing when the general manager is not available. Overall a good experience and would still go back even with the financing issue as they are making it right. The vehicle is great! We have had Mazdas before and look forward to enjoy this new ride.
