Nobody was too pushy while looking at the vehicles and was greated by everyone that we walked by but in a very friendly manner. The overall experience with the sales department was good. At times the whole “buy happy” business seemed a little plastic. The finance department gets a big fat –F. When I went to this dealer I was pre-approved through a local bank with a APR of 4.2%. I made it very clear when I went in. The sales manager insisted they could do better than that and did not listen regarding the fact I already had financing lined up. Once it came time to sign paperwork the Finance manager told me they sent an application to the bank I said I was pre-approved at and it was denied. Today I contacted the bank I was working with and they said they never received anything from Morries Mazda. I feel like I have been lied to and taken advantage of. I am now stuck with a APR of 15.9% and having to go through the headache of refinancing this vehicle with the bank that I originally wanted. I really got the feeling these guys are more interested in there own benefit V.S. the benefit of their customers. I highly doubt I will ever return to the dealership again. I am Very un-happy with how things were handled. More

Never really went through the vehicle and we seemed rather rushed since there was another family that was "very interested" in the same vehicle. After leaving the lot, we realized the lights on the heat control were burned out, there were additional scratches on the front bumper (we went at dusk and didn't notice this, but weren't mentioned of it), very squeaky door hinges, broken tailgate bar, and a few other things that just shouldn't have been the way they were when buying a vehicle from a dealership. All of the salespeople were very friendly however and the free car washes and oil changes for 3 years were a big selling point. More

Earlier I wrote about my pleasure at having done business with Morries Mazda in Chippewa Valley, WI. Now I discover that there had been paintwork done on the vehicle I purchased, contrary to all the represen with Morries Mazda in Chippewa Valley, WI. Now I discover that there had been paintwork done on the vehicle I purchased, contrary to all the representations and assurances I received. I flew all the way from Dallas to pick up the car and was so impressed with the service given me by their staff that I didn't give the car a more thorough check, relying instead in good faith on the staff's honesty. Had I known otherwise I wouldn't have gone there, much less bought the car. I take back all the good stuff I had written about Morries; they cannot be trusted. More

From the beginning I had sales men from Mazada try to make my first time in buying a car a trustworthy and relaxing experience. I really felt they were truly not working on commission but on the satisifa make my first time in buying a car a trustworthy and relaxing experience. The car I had finally purchased after hours of looking around other lots was mostly due to how the sales men would meet me half way ,if not more, on fixing little items like the heating fan, to guaranteeing in writing that a faint sound in my car was not something that would cause my transmition to be replaced. Though I couldnt thank anyone more than my uncle who as a mechanic could tell subtle problems each car has. Hes a tough man to make happy but while driving out with my first car i have not heard of such praise hes had toward a dealership. Its a safe bet Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazada and Daniel Sonsalla will be seeing both of us in our future car purchases. I appreciate the time you took in making my first purchase a very easy experience. More
