The buying experience was great - Aaron was very helpful and made the process easy. When I purchased the car there was a "We Owe" to fix the tailgate which did not work. The service department was terribl and made the process easy. When I purchased the car there was a "We Owe" to fix the tailgate which did not work. The service department was terrible - made appointment #1 for Tuesday at 11 to check what the problem was. I was asked if I was staying when I dropped it off so I assumed it was not a lengthy event. I finally called on Friday late (3 days later) and was told it was not complete. They gave me the car back to use over the weekend and I brought it back in on Tuesday of the following week for appointment #2. I became fed up on Saturday and called and was told it was fixed "and didn't anyone call you"? They were closing in a half an hour and couldn't wait. I went there on Sunday and essentially stole my own car back from the gated area because I needed it. In summary - because I was not waiting and pushy they put all other paid service ahead of me. Just because I was not a revenue source with the "we owe" I should not have been pushed off and had the car I just purchased sitting for service 7 days of the first 13 I owned it. More

The repair staff did a good job keeping me updated, even with a couple videos, to my pleasant surprise. And they were up front about what was needed to be done and the cost.
