Probably one of the worst car buying experiences ever. I bought my car back in August and by October there has been several issues to come. First the transmission goes out, I brought it back there and the I bought my car back in August and by October there has been several issues to come. First the transmission goes out, I brought it back there and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. I asked to have it brought somewhere for a second opinion because I knew there was something wrong with it. The place I brought it to next told me the transmission was shot and was going to need to be replaced. I brought it there in November 2023. Fast forward, in January 2024 I get a call saying the catalytic converter was shot from the transmission going out and was going to need to be replaced. The dealership that was fixing my car had told me this was all going to be taken care of and nothing would have to be paid for this. Now in March 2024 I get a call saying that they will not be fixing this and it would not be covered. They stated I would have to come pick up my car. So from November 2023-March 2024 they have had my car, but it is “my fault” the catalytic converter went out so there is nothing they can do! I call xx for this company and would never recommend them to anyone. More
