Very good experience. I was able to ask a few questions regarding how often to get an oil and rotate and got helpful information. In todays world where customer service is not so great, the staff there were very impressive. Heather was very helpful and listened to all my "old man" questions. The last time I was in, she called me an hour after I left and told me I had left my coffee thermos there and she would have it at her desk. Now that is customer service and memorable. More
