Dave met us in the lot and right away knew we were extremely wary of "car-salespeople". He took a step back, listened to our concerns and answered our questions easily and with obvious knowledge. After the sale was complete, he took us through the entire vehicle and explained everything, again, with obvious knowledge which increased our trust in him and in Lee Chrysler in Crestview. When I returned two days later with the extra key to the Camaro we turned in as well as a paper the finance guy needed, everyone was friendly again. When I asked a question about something in the jeep Dave left the customer he was with to make sure he had not missed something and that I would get my questions answered. I began my experience with a phone call and ended up at the Dealership. I was on limited time so they accommodated my time frames all day. The car is beautiful and basically sold itself but Brittany walked me through all the features, which was fun because it has lots of things I would have never found like front seat storage, the back access to the trunk among other features. The staff tied balloons to it while I was in finalizing the paperwork and the sales staff was on hand to see me off. It was a great experience and I will recommend Lee Chrysler Dodge Jeep to my friends. I have gotten a lot of comments around town in just two days on the Header Orange color of my Dodge Dart and everyone loves it.
