Bill Sauls is the general manager. I went to see him since I was not satisfied with what the sales manager told me. Bill Sauls had completely arrogant and rude behaivor. I didn't like the response I recieved so I made several attempts to speak with the owner. IEach time I called, the secretary told me the owner was not available, yet teh owner never returned my calls, even after several weeks had passed. I tried following up with a letter, to which I fianlly received a reply from the owner, telling me if I didn't like what I was told, then sue him. He also said in the letter that none of his employees were to have any further contact with me. No wonder they have a very high employee turn over rate.
