Absolutely terrible service. I buying a car I was told it would be cleaned and the paint on the carpet removed. They waited until everything was signed to tell me they couldn’t g I buying a car I was told it would be cleaned and the paint on the carpet removed. They waited until everything was signed to tell me they couldn’t get the work done that day. They had me drive two hours back on a Sunday to get the work done, they told me to come in at 9am which was a mistake and they didn’t open until 11. Once they finally opened and got their service team in they cleaned the carpet from the paint but none of the paint splatter on the seats, inside of the door panels, or on the center console. They then proceeded to ask me to come back another day because they didn’t have the chemicals and do another two hour trip ideally on a weekday when I work. The vehicle was also Golden Certified and was giving me issues with the USB ports, the dash wasn’t tracking MPG and the gas gauge stopped working. This vehicle only had 17k miles and was certified. They didn’t even try to fix any of these issues when I brought them up to them. I used their website to reach out to their GM directly with everything that had happened and even the GM never responded and my message was completely ignored. More
