Use caution buying a vehicle from CDJR. My wife and I purchased a 2025 Ram Promaster 2500 on Sunday July 26th. I took possession Monday the 27th and noticed a low tire light but it was at 5 My wife and I purchased a 2025 Ram Promaster 2500 on Sunday July 26th. I took possession Monday the 27th and noticed a low tire light but it was at 55 psi so i wasn't concerned. on Thursday i finally got around to check the tire pressure and noticed this van has standard load tires and it should have extra load tires on it. These tires are new so when i saw it at the dealer i didn't think anything of it. This makes this van very unsafe and can become a big liability. I reached out to the salesman only to be told " I don't know if I'll be able to help with that. i can speak to my manager tomorrow. That's what the as-is paper is for. Really this is a safety matter not a mechanical issue. I then filled out the form on their website to speak to the GM and received a text from a lady named Erica stating someone would be in touch. They have messaged me from two different numbers but now it is Monday morning and this still isn't resolved. I do not feel safe operating this van. Their inspection should have caught this. They should not be allowed to sell a commercial vehicle or any vehicle that is unsafe. They should have addressed this matter as soon as they were made aware of it. More
