Then once the paperwork was done and I took the car home, I got a phone call asking for another 2% in sales tax because they incorrectly entered my zip code. I had to prove to them that they were wrong by showing them a map of where I live. Otherwise they wouldn't send me the plates & title. Terrible. This is why people hate buying cars & used car salesmen. More

If you feel like being treated like a second-class citizen and having none of your expectations met then by all means go to Paramus Dodge. They are by far the worst dealership I have ever had the miss opportunity to deal with. I went in today for minor service and to get plates for my truck since the temporaries were expired. After dealing with the manager mark a horrible person. He informed me that that’s not his problem that they did not get the plates done. He instead advise me that if I got a ticket they would be more than happy to pay the bill. Seriously I kid you not that’s what he said. When I told him I would have points that would go against me he said that he would lose his license if he gave me another plate even though they were the ones that caused this problem. I then asked for a loaner car he told me they don’t loan cars for the situation I asked him how I was going to get home he said Uber it. I told him I was 80 miles away and can they get me a Rent-A-Car his response is only if you pay for it. I then called Chrysler corporate while I was there they asked to talk to the manager there. And they refuse to talk to Chrysler corporate. I finally wound up getting a rental car after spending over six hours in this miserable show room. These people have no concern for one’s time or one’s money. Please Beware the managers Mark and Warren they should not be running this place they have no concerns for the customer. More

Terrible place. Tried to sell me a Jeep that has a 2,000 pound limit after telling them my boat alone is 2,000 pounds. Then the salesman texts me the wrong info but tells me they always underestimate the to pound limit after telling them my boat alone is 2,000 pounds.
