Bad service My car keep showing up service shifting so I went there they said we find the problem and we gonna order it so after few days I went there to see what My car keep showing up service shifting so I went there they said we find the problem and we gonna order it so after few days I went there to see what’s going on because no one called me to give me updates so when I went there he said we add fluid and it’s good to go !!!! Really. He went inside them he comes back to tell me the service shifting comes back so they will start again to check the problem. I didn’t let him to do it because the car was there for 4 days and now he gonna start over again so maybe it will take another week . Don’t go there find a different dealership. More

Aleksey is the GO- TO GUY! We happened to cross paths with Aleksey upon walking in and feel it couldn’t have been more meant to be. We walked in late on a Friday night but with Aleksey’s patience and professionalism you would have thought we were his first customer of the day rather than closing the place and his reason for staying late. His knowledge of cars and his ability to answer all of our questions so simply made us feel not only comfortable but equipped to make the right decision for our car buying experience. Aleksey also waited for us to finish with the finance department to wish us one final goodbye though everyone else on the floor had already gone home for the night. We truly cannot recommend and thank Aleksey enough. Aleksey, thank you for your knowledge, assistance and patience, my boyfriend and I brought my father in in hopes of finding him a great car and your truly genuine nature and care made this sometimes stressful experience a completely exciting and positive one. I'm without a Jeep and I have no way to get to and from work or take my son to camp. The Jeep Dealership located in Paramus on route 4 sold me a vehicle with a pre-existing issue that they were well aware of. I had the car for only 10 days before the car would no longer start. I'm not comfortable with the dealership and there conniving ways on how they do business. More

But they ARE LIARS I WAS APPROVED At a different Dodge dealership 2 towns away with no application Fee. Now being 10 days later still no deposit refund and all I get is the run around. Good thing I secured myself by videoing the salesman and manager while they were telling me not to worry they can beef up my income and put fictitious job title. I never would do business with them. We were more pleased than expected with all of the features with the truck and the price as we moved to get more information to purchase the vehicle. We were not sure at all that we would be purchasing a car today, so we did not have all of the information and materials we needed at the moment, but Brient worked with us and helped us figure out the steps we needed while still feeling good about the purchase. After the long process of signing forms and choosing options, I was very happy to be able to drive out of the dealership with my new truck! More
ASK FOR A $500 APPLICATION DEPOSIT THAT THEY SAID IS REQUIRE Been waiting for my refund for my supposedly required app fee deposit of $500 for 5 days which they stated is your choirs by corporate when I went ye Been waiting for my refund for my supposedly required app fee deposit of $500 for 5 days which they stated is your choirs by corporate when I went yesterday to pick up my check as the salesman said Monday it’s ready the salesman was supposedly not there after I contacted corporate and made a complaint and then stated that is false and there is no such deposit required to make any type of application as a call this morning and asked the salesman is Is my check for $500 ready to be picked up which I gave cash not check he told me know that I had to ask for it but I already had on Monday which she told me to come pick up Monday night so I went Tuesday morning Wednesday and now Thursday is still not ready.
