So I called back and asked for my normal service contact - Kenny B (and the only reason I gave this rating a 4 STAR) because he said let me check and within minutes he called me back left a message (phone tag) and I called him and he said the parts were in stock and they would have it FIXED same day. Kenny is pleasant, respectful, clear and concise but personable, and always follows-through. I also have a life-time warranty and have never had any issues to date! Honestly, (this is good and bad) my car and it was used and a 2015 has nearly paid for the life-time warranty. So bad that it's had so many issues but really really good that I got my moneys worth. FYI - If the sales crew makes promises - extra keys or free oil change ...GET IT IN WRITING. Phil (in Used cars) made me a promise for extra keys for my two cars I bought (in the same day) and a free OIL CHANGE. NEVER SAW EITHER! But I am sure he spent the profits! More

I have Ramcare, so I haven't had to pay a dime yet which is nice. Austin has helped me both times. Went in for couple recall issues, they fixed both, changed my oil, AND plugged my tire that had a nail in it. Excellent! More

We had a Pacifica we had nothing but problems with and the service department never seemed to figure it out just a lot of wasted trips with two kids. Then we traded that in and got a Dodge Ram had a wonderful experience with the sales department, so much so that we bought another vehicle from them. But then we took our truck for running boards took them over an hour to tell us we have them but they are damaged so we will have to order some, it will take 3-5 business days to get them. We get a call saying they are in to bring it it. We drop it off and they say about and hour, then we call and they say we didn’t know you were waiting we haven’t started, it will be about an hour, we got there and an hour and a half later and mind you it had been there since 8 am it was now noon and they tell us the part wasn’t there. So we now have to come back a third time with two kids. It was horrible. I got with the managers and they were helpful but the service staff was still rude. And it took another week to finally get our running boards on and then half a day of time. More

Granted, I don't drive my truck very much (only having 18k miles on it) so I don't have to bring it in for service other than getting oil change. If I needed to visit the dealership on a regular basis, my review may be different. Thanks DCM for not giving me anything negative to say based on my limited visits. More
Service department communications terrible I started going over a year ago and take my car here every time it needs repairs or maintenance. The only way to know what is going on with your vehic I started going over a year ago and take my car here every time it needs repairs or maintenance. The only way to know what is going on with your vehicle is to constantly call them and ask what is happening. They SAY they will call you but never call when they say they will. Days will go by and finally you break down and call them 3 days after their commitment date. Miraculously, your car is always “next” or “parts just arrived right before you called” and they are starting on your car right away. They seem to do a decent job and are polite/friendly; that is why I gave them 2 stars instead of one. Their communication to us, the client, is terrible - zero stars for this. More
Unfair and Dishonest Took my Jeep to be serviced. Got a call stating I needed new brakes and rotors on all 4 tires. Needed new struts several other things they "found" to Took my Jeep to be serviced. Got a call stating I needed new brakes and rotors on all 4 tires. Needed new struts several other things they "found" totaling about $3500. I told them not to touch my car and went to pick it up. I took it to 3 different mechanics all of which told me that i did not need new rotors, one even said that the dealer is "busted", it was getting time to go ahead and change my brakes. For all 4 brakes with lifetime warranty and some extra things I had done by this mechanic it cost me $400. That is a huge difference from $1700 that the dealership wanted to charge. Its sad to know that this place is trying to take advantage of people. I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle soon but to see the way they lie and take advantage of people I will never come back. More
Piss poor service department I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 with 10 miles on it my first new truck and since then I've had nothing but issues with it, most of the issue electrical I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 with 10 miles on it my first new truck and since then I've had nothing but issues with it, most of the issue electrical but in one year I've put 40k on the truck because of my business but this is not a truck that can handle any ware and tear. I've taken my truck into the shop more time at this point than I can count and being that I run my business out of my truck not having it is unacceptable and I loose money every time this is in the shop even with the rental. The crew here at DCM is great but the service dept is not and this is why I'm posting this review. I paid a lot of money and traded in a truck that was almost paid off to deal with constant issues. More
