I've been taking my vehicles to this service department for years and recently the service technicians have been dropping the ball big time. These past few times ive taken my vehicles in for simple routine for years and recently the service technicians have been dropping the ball big time. These past few times ive taken my vehicles in for simple routine maintenance (check on a noise in the engine bay and oil change) and the techs have managed to do damage to the vehicle.. one by having a ink pen explode all over the interior while trying to move my vehicle without the key fob and this last time by scratching the heck out of my front fender doing a simple oil change without the protective cover that they are SUPPOSED to be using to cover the fender. They say they will fix the issues and they have in the past but it's just the hassle of having the vehicle stay for additional maintenance WITHOUT a loaner for DAYS when it's THEIR service techs that performed the DAMAGE and after the damage is done they will go about their day without notifying anyone of THEIR (the SERVICE TECHS) damage. John C. Wilson was the only one who reached out to me after he NOTICED the damage done from the pen explosion in the cab of my JEEP that the service tech did and didn't notify anyone of his inept reckless deed..it was John that had it corrected. This last time for the simple oil change and I CLARIFY John was not around he was enjoying his well deserved day off.. the vehicle was scratched on the front fender of my JEEP and when they notified me in the waiting room to pick up the vehicle I noticed the damage. The service advisor on duty that day was AJ he took pictures and said he would order the part and would notify me once it comes in. I definitely would NOT recommend this service department to even check tire pressure..they the service techs WILL find the way to damage your rim or suspension or even worse put a dent in your fender. I don't want that bad vibe on me to recommend this to anyone knowing my experience hasn't been STELLAR it's just subpar at best here lately to be honest. Get a new service department PLEASE or get some techs that take PRIDE in their skill set and really "MAKE THE DIFFERENCE" Or clone pros like John & AJ to fill every service bay in the department or have these gentlemen baby sit and hold the hands of the inept "service technicians" to make sure these service techs do their job as they are being paid to perform with excellence "making the difference". Thanks John and AJ for being honest and transparent and taking care of the issues and finding the solutions to the problems that were not YOUR fault. More
