The guy who “helped” me out was absolutely rude. Slammed the key on the table and was yelling at me. Came in for an oil change. 2 hours later it was done. Then he approached me in a rudely matter. I told him this is my first oil change and when I purchased the car they told me it would be on them. Told him to call the dealership and find out but then he made me call and check. I had to call my dad and bring him to the dealership because I started shaking. When my dad came he yelled at him and my dad also started shaking. My dad has bad health and he had to go through that. So much more happened. I don’t ever want to deal with that guy again and this was not the first time I had an issue with him but I let it go because I thought he maybe having a bad day. Absolute 0 customer service. I am a customer not a dog to be treated like that. More

This was my 3 rd visit to have the start\stop light fixed that keeps coming on. I have now been without my car 3 times w no loaner and my car is still not fixed.
