I visited Chysler jeep 24 in Randolph , I met with my sales person Sam Sales ( and yes that is his real name ) He sat with me asked what I was looking for in a car ,We discussed what I had in mind I tol sales person Sam Sales ( and yes that is his real name ) He sat with me asked what I was looking for in a car ,We discussed what I had in mind I told him I was interested in a upgrade from my current Jeep Liberty , he answered all my questions , with out pressure . I found Sam very easy to work with honest . we talked about my budget and he found a price range that would work for me .. I have been purchasing new vehicles for forty years. The last 5 were purchased from Randolf Chrysler Jeep. When the dealership changed hands I was somewhat concerned. We expected a decline in the quality of sales and service. A few months ago I was contacted by Sales Rep. Janie Cutler and assured that if I gave the new dealership a chance I would not be disappointed. The old owners were very professional and the service department delivered high a quality service and with outstanding customer focus. We were happy to discover that not only did the service not decline it actually got better. Janie Cutler & Solomon Reddix put together a sales package that was probably the most fair I have seen in my 40 years of buying new vehicles. Later I was introduced to the sales manager and after a brief conversation in which he assured me that his staff would take good care of me, I once again felt comfortable with the service department. Overall the purchase of another new vehicle from Randolf Chrysler Jeep was a positive experience and Janie Cutler's handling of my wife and I was exemplary and certainly warrants special attention. I would strongly recommend this dealership to others. More

All employee's were great. Chris was my salesman who sold me the vehicle and took the time to stop by and see how it was going.
