I must say I was not disappointed, once again, I had an extremely positive experience. This is the first car that is truly my son’s and that fact was not lost on the staff. He introduced us to Janie Cutler, a very warm and upbeat Sales Professional who went over every inch of the car, inside and out, with my son. I brought my car in for a brake problem that had to be repaired by a certified Chrysler/Dodge dealer. I had attempted to have the car repaired by my own mechanic but but he sent me to Chrysler Jeep 24 be repaired by a certified Chrysler/Dodge dealer. The service department Manager ignored my request had the brakes bleed charged me $172.00 and returned the car to me not repaired! It still had the same problem. It took another week to get my car in again. (NOT IMMEDIATELY CONSIDERING I ALREADY PAID FOR A REPAIR!) They kept my car for 2 weeks and charged me $1410 did not credit me the amount for the first repair when they did not fix my vehicle the first time. to make matters worse the brake, although they work, they are still not right. They refused to fix them after this. More
