I understand the need to schedule now. My dispute is with the fact the woman who works in the service department told me that “We always have had scheduling ahead.” That is absolutely untrue. The last two times I’ve been there for maintenance, I have not scheduled ahead. That’s a fact. Either way, it does not matter. I won’t be a retuning customer.
