I called to see if they could look at my AC, which was only blowing on defrost, couldn't switch vents. Made the appointment for 130 that day, May 31. But I didn't have paperwork for my extended warranty. Dustin suggested that I go home and see if I could get the information for him. Didn't want me to spend any money if I didn't have to. Went home, a couple miles away, brought the information back to Dustin, and he made the calls and saved me about $350. They took my car in and about an hour later my AC was fixed. So they saved me money, did the calling to save me money, and fixed it all in the same day. So excellent service from Dustin. More

I didn't like how my Ford Flex was steering. I had taken my car in for a safety recall a month earlier. I had ordered new tires from Discount Tires three weeks earlier but they hadn't arrived ye I had taken my car in for a safety recall a month earlier. I had ordered new tires from Discount Tires three weeks earlier but they hadn't arrived yet. So I took my car back to Chuck Anderson just to make sure everything was tightened down from the recall. They took it in right away and inspected it. Everything checked out fine. Then I went ahead and bought two tires from them because I just wasn't feeling safe with the ones I had on there and tired of waiting to hear from Discount Tires. Still to this day the tires haven't arrived. And I've called a couple times. Very very pleased and satisfied with Chuck Anderson.. More
