Mr. Happy (Unhappy at this time), we completely understand. Your truck was held at the rail yard by Ford Motor Company because vehicles built in a specific timeframe were held for quality assurance and to replace a part. The part was replaced, and then it was released to the transport company. Upon arriving to our dealership we noticed the bumper damage, and got it approved to be corrected. The recall that your truck is currently experiencing is due to a blower motor defect on motors produced by Ford's supplier from June 14, 2019 through September 22, 2019. Ford is in the process of receiving replacement (corrected) blowers from their supplier. Being a retail order, your truck takes precedence. We do apologize for the inconvenience and will be in contact with you in order to rectify the situation. -Nick Anderson

Hi Tia! In order for us to be able to tell you what the noise is, we would have to diagnose it. I'm sorry that was not explained to you in a way where you understood it as such. Anytime we pull a vehicle in to the shop and takes up a bay, either warranty, a customer or the dealership (on our pre-owned vehicles) pay for it to be checked out (i.e. diagnosed).
