Worst car buying experience of my life. Not only did the finance guy not wear a mask...should have been my first clue to walk away... I bought a brand new truck and within five days it broke down. After re finance guy not wear a mask...should have been my first clue to walk away... I bought a brand new truck and within five days it broke down. After receiving attitude and even laughs from the staff eventually they did take it back and into the shop to “fix it“. They kept it for over a week to fix it and then returned me a truck that was dirty with a half a tank a gas, it was full when received, 100+ extra miles from them “fixing it” and again more attitude. Never in my life have I bought some thing brand new had a break within five days and not had it immediately replaced. There was no compassion or ethics involved in this transaction. Just Salesmen trying to sell me on that this was ok and normal. how this was handled speaks volumes about this dealer. It was disappointing and unethical. I would go anywhere but here for your purchase. The “small town” dealer was a nightmare and won’t make sure you are taken care of. Learned my lesson hope you don’t get played the same way I was. I requested many times to speak to the owner... still never a call. More

Great experience we went 15 mins before they closed ready to buy the vehicle we were going to look at if it was all that. So far we feel they were great. .we thought they gave us great service, detailed the car, took off dealer fees. The car had more luxuries than we even knew it had. So far we have had no issues with the vehicle except for the touchy alarm system. Rod and rich were pleasant and the money guy who had to work late because of us was very funny and kind- we definetly recommend them. More

Don't use this dealership they are scam artists they sent me the paperwork to read by email do to only being able to get there at closing time. Witch I read through completely. STAY AWAY!!! Worst customer service ever... The sales staff jerked me around for a week, wasting both of our time...I had to call and complain to get any service Worst customer service ever... The sales staff jerked me around for a week, wasting both of our time...I had to call and complain to get any service at all...then they gave me a bottom line quote but raised it at signing... they submitted my loan at the wrong terms and refused to resubmit it at terms I was preapproved for... in the end they cost me an extra $2000... when i wrote a complaint on car guru... the general manager (Rich) started harrassing me with nasty emails and told me never to contact them again, even about the van I just bought, as he told his whole staff not to help me in any way... then he took the info from my other car and sent it to a bunch of car shippers telling them that i wanted my car shipped across country... I guess they thought it would be super annoying but I just erase the messages... it takes one second ha ha... this is what you get if you buy a car from these unprofessional cry babies. More

I bought a 2011 Edge with 120k miles for my daughter. They let me take it to an independent mechanic, which was refreshing. That way I know if something goes wrong down the road, I at least have a heads up. Regardless, the Edge checked out great. My mechanic said the dealership did a lot more than most when they reconditioned it. Good to hear. Rod and Tim were great salesmen, and Rich the manager was pretty cool to work with. Never seem to see the real manager at most dealerships, but I did here. In a nutshell, if you want a great used rig, go see these guys. Straight shooters, and actually are pretty funny. Never laughed so hard buying a car in my life, lol. It’s not like going to visit your dentist, for sure. 5 stars minimum. More
