While I did have a good sales experience, the vehicle was delivered to me with 14 year old tires. They had splits in them and the tire was rotten. The manufacturer states "If the tires haven't been replaced 10 years after their date of manufacture, as a precaution, Michelin recommends replacing them with new tires. Even if they appear to be in usable condition and have not worn down to the tread wear indicator. " This fact that was not disclosed to me cost me $850. They did provide me with a state safety inspection that says that the vehicle was safe, however I question that finding. I may take this up with the Texas Department of Public Safety if this issue is not corrected by the dealership.

I got my car back and it's not fixed. I'm told it's electrical by someone else. The seats now get hot when the seats heating is not on and noises are worse.. I am not sure if they removed the seats but now something inside the seat is moving around and it feels like I am sitting on metal. Then to add to it my tire keeps losing air since they gave it back. I also got advice on the corrosion and they said it looked like salt water corrosion. So has this car been in a flood. A certified pre-owned vehicle shouldn't be in this condition.
