Whenever I have any issues or need to come in for service, Christina always makes me feel like my issue is most important and Always gets me in when it fits my schedule. They were not able to fix the problem with the first fix attempt but did a great job both correcting and confirming the proper fix when the underlying issue was discovered. I asked them to keep my car an ex attempt but did a great job both correcting and confirming the proper fix when the underlying issue was discovered. I asked them to keep my car an extra day to make sure the fix would last, and they said they'd be happy to but they'd already spent two days doing that and road testing it to be extra sure before calling me for pickup. I appreciated that extra confirmation. I felt they were honest and customer-focused throughout the process and Christina especially was a pleasure to work with. More
