Words can not describe how thankful I am for Christina during my most recent visit to the dealership. Unfortunately, my car was hit by an scrap object on the highway. I had both of my young kids in the car and panicked. I was experiencing the emotional response almost being in an accident with my two children, as well as managing what to do for my car. Christina was such a grace to me! She was so helpful, empathetic, and compassionate throughout all my interactions. Once I was at the dealership, she provided me comfort as well as made connections with my kids to help them (and me)! She had excellent communication throughout the time was being serviced, and I always appreciated the transparency regarding our process.
