Your welcome. The majority of dealerships are not as professional & efficient as Ciocca Cadillac. I have a horrible experience in another state. I was told by all employees that I had engine coverage. I found out that they LIED to me, when they told me I did NOT. When I signed a lot of papers , I again asked engine coverage & I was told yes! Gm is no help. That’s why there are lawyers!
