Great sales service! I was super-impressed with the Sales folks I met, in particular Chris Middleton. On our first visit, I came with my 15-year old son to test drive a fe I was super-impressed with the Sales folks I met, in particular Chris Middleton. On our first visit, I came with my 15-year old son to test drive a few cars, with no intent to purchase for at least a few months. First, Chris was understanding and didn't push us to buy anything. Second, I was impressed with how well he treated my son, even though my son wasn't a decision-maker. He graciously drove my son around the lot in a Corvette Stingray (it seats two, so the three of us couldn't all ride together) so that my son could experience how it felt to be in the car; the smile on my son's face stuck around for weeks afterwards. When we finally decided to buy a car, I called up Chris and learned that the car we wanted had been sold. What amazed me is that Chris remembered who we were, even though we hadn't visited the dealership in months. I asked Chris if we could find another one just like it. While Chris looked, so did my wife and I. After hunting around a bit, my wife and I found a dealer in Pennsylvania that had the car we wanted. We called up Chris, and the next day, he went to that dealer to pick up the car and drive it back to New Jersey. Chris made the whole experience a lot less work and a lot less stressful for me. That night, my wife, two of our kids and I went to the dealer to pick up the car. Chris took the time to spend time with my kids while my wife and I did the finance paperwork. He even took them to the car and let them sit in it / enjoy it! After my first great experience with Chris, I didn't even think of visiting another Chevrolet dealership. I'm super impressed with how Chris made us feel comfortable, not pressuring us to buy immediately, how he treated my kids with respect, and how he went out of his way / above and beyond for us. Ripped me off!!! 230.00 for an oil change on 2013 Chevy Avalanche and low beam light bulb changed and that was with my Veteran discount. First they told me they only had to remove the air box which comes right out. Then they said they had to take the front bumper off to replace bulb after the work was done. I was there waiting they never informed me of the change in service till after the work was completed. More
