Stay FAR AWAY. This dealership sold me a LEMON. Nick, the sales person and Andrew the sales manager have been NONEXISTENT. I bought a brand new Suburban and within This dealership sold me a LEMON. Nick, the sales person and Andrew the sales manager have been NONEXISTENT. I bought a brand new Suburban and within 2 months it needed a FULL ENGINE REPLACEMENT. Within 24 hours of getting the new engine it has a TRANSMISSION ISSUE. 50 days in and I still have no truck. When I called to ask Andrew for help he told me it is not his problem and he couldn't help because he couldn't "take a loss". His monthly sales number is more important than customer support and loyalty. Their voicemail says "Customer Care is their Top Priority" and this is clearly a lie. A dealership that really cares would have taken me out of this LEMON and put me in the $90,000 vehicle I purchased. They can absolutely do this. I've now been without a vehicle for 50 days while I keep paying monthly and guess how many times Andrew has called...ZERO. I would NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. Find another Chevy dealership. The one bright spot is Joel, the service manager. He has been extremely helpful and very communicative. More

I recently purchased a brand new 2026 Chevy Trailblazer. The sales associate Nick was great and the sale went smoothly with Zach in the financial department. This is where it goes downhill. I’ve had the car only 9 days and 120 miles and by starting it on the 10th day I get 3 alerts on my dash and a check engine light. To summarize I brought it to the dealership to be diagnosed for the following morning. I was told the master break cylinder failed and they wouldn’t be able to repair it for a month due to the part being back ordered. They also told me no courtesy vehicles are available and to get a rental and I’d be reimbursed at only $44 a day. I contacted GM corporate and opened a case to escalate the repair and to try and get a courtesy vehicle. It’s since been silent on the dealerships end. So basically I purchased a brand new car that I’m paying for that I can not drive. And I have to go through the headache of getting a rental that I have to pay upfront for to hopefully be reimbursed for. If my car is kept more than 20 days I will be telling the dealership to keep it as I will declaring it a Lemon Law vehicle. More
